Jeremy Scott & Motel

I first discovered the brand motel about a year ago, it came to my attention naturally because of their signature flower print. I don't really like the whole boho flowery print, that kind of vintage flower- I prefer the more modern take on flower print. Motel does this perfectly. Obviously the Jeremy scott dress (as worn on Peaches, Katy and Matilda) is very different but has the same ideals. This post has been a long time coming it feels like ages ago when Peaches rocket it up at J.Scott's Paris fashion show. Though I have been reading more and more about Motel especially when it has been so heavily featured since Lily has worn the above pieces. Check out the 4 different versions of my favourite print. Also make sure to check out their website: http://www.motelrocks.com/.

BELÉN DOÑATE

I recently discovered Spanish shoe and handbag designer Belen Donate's work in a boutique in my hometown. There was about a dozen or so really well made and incredibly unique pair of shoes and my best friend snapped up a pair for £199- a class yellow and black heel- so amazing I can't even describe. Her website seems a bit old-school and there are only a few pairs of shoes on there that (trust me) are far from her best work and don't represent her well. Anyway if you feel like checking it out: http://www.belendonate.com/belendonate/app/empresa/empresa.asp?id_empresa=2

Blue shirt staple

God I love this outfit. I would never think of compiling this outfit especially for a night out. I tend to over-think outfits for nights out and so over-accessorize and then look back at photos days/weeks later and think; why? Dressing for the day is so much easier because I get up and just dress the way I feel- it seems so much more natural. Anyway the girl in the photo is great. I love her attitude and of course her outfit.

--- Break in posting

I've been feeling incredibly uninspired for the last two weeks or so. I'm so aware that I have two important essays to hand-in next week. I have been so lazy over Easter yet I feel guilty at the smallest thing I do. Yet when I have the free time I simply cannot put pen to paper (fingers on laptop). I'm so looking forward to my exams being over in June and hopefully having a great summer. I will be unable to post over the next week due to the enormous amount of work I have to do. In the mean-time enjoy the other blogs, feel free to browse the archive (if you're bored) and I hope you are feeling a lot more inspired than I am.xx
